Back Home Where It Belongs
A rescued Palawan pangolin is back in the wild, thanks to people who chose to protect instead of ignore. A Philippine pangolin, locally called the Balintong, was safely rescued and released into the forests of Roxas, Palawan after being cared for by local environmental officers. This shy little animal is one of the world's most threatened mammals, making every successful rescue a meaningful win for conservation. It's a reminder that protecting nature isn't always about grand projects. Sometimes it begins with people paying attention to one life that cannot speak for itself.
